You keep claiming this and emphasizing it's a FACT, yet the very sources you cite show the exact opposite.
You cited/used the Council of Foreign Relations (CFR) as one of your sources. I accept this as valid source. Let's look once more at this page:
https://www.cfr.org/article/us-aid-israel-four-charts
Again, need I explain to you how charts and graphs and numbers work?
The longest bar represents the total amount of foreign aid rendered from the US to the country listed next to the line.
Which line is the longest? Israel has received over TWICE the amount of aid as Egypt, which is in 2nd place.
From the CFR (again, YOUR source sir)
"Israel has been the largest cumulative recipient of U.S. foreign aid since its founding, receiving about $310 billion (adjusted for inflation) in total economic and military assistance. The United States has also provided large foreign aid packages to other Middle Eastern countries, particularly Egypt and Iraq, but Israel stands apart."
What part of LARGEST CUMULATIVE RECIPIENT OF US FOREIGN AID are you not comprehending?
