Wait, I thought you were for countries not telling other countries how to manage their affairs. What business is it of the US what Iran, Russia, Qatar, and Yemen does with its money? Shouldn't Iranians, Russians, Qataris, and Yemenis decide that for themselves?

The US aid sent to UNRWA (about $121 million this year) is a drop in the bucket compared to the $3-4 billion the US gifts to Israel for military aid. But that's a fair point. Ideally the US shouldn't contribute to other people's messes, and it shouldn't have to clean them up either. I agree that the US empire meddles in far too many things, in an attempt to control markets and resources.

Many Americans are for getting out of (and rid of the UN). It's pointless and ineffective, especially since a handful of powerful countries (like US, China, Russia) can simply veto everyone else anyways.

Hardly a 'war' when one side doesn't have an Army, Navy or Air Force. More like bombing fish in a barrel.

But OK, I'll make a deal: I'll stop bandying about that word. Fair paint. It probably has become trivial and lost meaning from overuse, like the term 'anti-semitic' as well.
