Hey, this Em guy is relentless (as most Zionist propagandists are) so just a random word of encouragement for you from someone who was bored enough tonight to drill dozens of threads deep to see how this 'discussion' played out. It's playing out as it always does with these types.

They love to pull the conversation away from anything that distracts from and takes the focus off Israel's ongoing military assault on the people of Gaza and Lebanon. They love to get bogged down in pedantic quibbling over resolutions and historical tidbits and arcane minutia to somehow 'prove' that this was all the Arabs' fault.

This is a common information warfare and perception management strategy. Just remember:

1) Israel is a troubled state rotting from within, that's backed by an imperial power that's also rotting from within and in decline. It's security situation is not sustainable, especially as it has chosen to lash out in war this past year rather than seek peace.

2) US support for Israel will evaporate along with the oil in the region in the next 30 years. The Americans do not tend to stick around to help take care of the proxy states they use after they are done using them for their own purposes. Israel cannot exist as it currently does today without the military backing of its largest sponsor, but that sponsor will increasingly be less reliable as it collapses in on itself due to its own idiotic policies and failures.

3) Zionism is inherently a failed ideology. Like all ideologies that are about discrimination and racial/religious supremacy based on denying the rights of others, it will be consigned to the dustbin of history, just as slavery was in the US, or apartheid in South Africa, or the Republic of Rhodesia. Israel's 'freedom' comes from denying others their, and this is not a sustainable arrangement, nor the basis of a sound nation, and it will not last in its current form. Israel - like the US - is a young country and was always an experiment - one that I think the world is starting to understand is failing.

4) Atrocities committed by Hamas are not valid justification for Israel's campaign that is increasingly proving to have genocidal intent. The world realizes that, regardless of what arcane historical trivia games pro-Zionist propagandists want to throw at you from their Hasbara manual. It's irrelevant now. The fact is, this war Israel now insists on is extremely unpopular with the rest of the world, and they're starting to lose the support of their most important Western backers too. Germany has stopped approving weapons exports to Israel. Several other countries have or will soon follow suit. Speaking truth to Israeli and American war crimes does not make you a 'Hamas supporter'. It means that you aren't blind to the largest terrorists of all.

5) Zionist propagandists will claim to know everything more than you about the history of the past, yet insist on standing on the wrong side of it today. They want others to join them in this quest I guess, but luckily those with at least a shred of decency and humanity left realize this is not a righteous crusade. For all the pedantic knowledge they claim to be subject matter experts on, they fail to see how harmful Zionism actually has been not only to other followers of Judaism, but to the entire region and world.

6) The hard fact is - regardless of whatever arguments might get dredged up in an effort to distract from it - Israel is insisting on fighting a war it cannot win. You cannot 'beat' terrorism. You cannot destroy with tanks vague concepts and notions like 'Hamas'. Hamas is not a base that can be bombed and destroyed. It is an idea. Granted, it's a flawed idea born out of desperation and decades of oppression, but an idea nevertheless. The US just proved that 20+ years of trying to 'fight' terrorism militarily was a fool's errand. If anything, it only makes it worse. Israel is ultimately shooting itself in the foot with this crusade, and no amount of quibbling over quotes and treaties and actions of the past changes that fact. Bombing people to terrorize them into changing their regime only drives them into the hands of that regime. The US hasn't learned this yet, even after Vietnam and Afghanistan, and apparently their Middle East proxy state hasn't either.

7) We are all at risk of finding ourselves at the other end of the US/Israeli surveillance and war machine. Today it's the Gazans and the Lebanese, but tomorrow it may very will be you or me if those in power who command it decide it's in their interest. It is in all of our interests not to feed this monster, because the monster you feed will inevitably turn on you too.

8) Thank you for being a decent human being objecting to obnoxious propagandists advocating for continual bloodshed and endless war all in 'defense' of a misguided cause.
